About Us

A & J Rental Properties emerged in the fall of 2009. We have a wide selection of apartments, student homes and townhouses for rent. Since we purchased our first property, our inventory of available housing has grown, and we are pleased to service the Greensburg, Latrobe, Derry, New Stanton, Youngwood, Harrison City and Export areas.

We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments for rent, as well as numerous two bedroom duplexes and townhouses. We pride ourselves in offering desirable and updated properties, and we are always looking to improve our inventory.

We also have hard-to-find registered student housing for rent in Greensburg, PA. Each student housing rental has been inspected and approved by the City of Greensburg for rent by local college students from Seton Hill University, St. Vincent College, the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and WCCC.

Each of our properties is well maintained, clean and safe. Neither of us believes that quality should be sacrificed when offering housing. We go above and beyond to ensure that we providing superior property management to our tenants. We have a dedicated team of professionals that we work closely with to make sure that each of our units is the perfect place to call home.
